I create a nurturing, safe space where you can feel comfortable exploring new techniques for connecting with your body in a positive way and encourage you to be gentle with yourself.What it is not: Fitness- based, fast paced flow style. There’s nothing wrong with this kind of practice, it’s just not my wheelhouse. ”
